What are the key predictions in the business aviation market in the region, in terms of growth, challenges and opportunities?
I think we can expect robust growth in demand and the number of business aircraft in the region will continue to increase in terms of new purchases and upgrades to existing fleets. This growth will be supported by on going investment in infrastructure including the expansion of private terminals and dedicated facilities at major Middle Eastern airports.
Why is the Middle East considered an important growth market for your business?
The Middle East is a high growth dynamic market with great opportunities for business aviation due to its economic diversifications and strategic location that offer global connectivity. Emerging markets within this region also offer new growth opportunities, operators can tap into this markets to expand their services and reach new customers.
Are there specific geographical regions where you see significant opportunities for expansion or exploration? How is the appetite from Saudi Arabia and India?
Actually, both Saudi Arabia and India show promising potential in the business aviation sector. Saudi’s Vision 2030 initiative is diversifying the economy and is seeing big investment in tourism, entertainment and airport infrastructure which is increasing demand for business aviation services. India on the other hand with the booming economy and improving infrastructure presents robust opportunities and with the growing corporate activity and foreign investment comes a great need for efficient flexible travel solution.
Which technologies do you anticipate will have the most significant impact on the business aviation industry over the next five years?
I believe the next five years will be defined by technological innovations, hybrid & electric aircrafts, EVTOLs, enhanced avionics and automation, personalisation and AI. These technologies will drive significant changes in terms of operational capabilities, customer experience and sustainability.
What aspects of this year’s MEBAA Show are you most excited about? Are there any plans to unveil any new products or services at the show?
The MEBAA Show is always a highlight for UAS not only because we were born as a company in the Middle East but also because it’s such a dynamic and exciting market. We will have our suite of solution on exhibit and a team of experts to meet delegates and explore how we can elevate their travel experience.
Do you want to share more details on your organization’s plans and strategies for the region moving forward?
We are currently expanding our aircraft charter capabilities and reach having recently added a global express to our fleet that is based in the Middle East to serve the growing demand in the region and others.
