MEBAA Show 2022 runs from Tuesday 6th to Thursday 8th December 2022.

Is it open to the public? Can we bring children/babies
The MEBAA Show is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 16's allowed entry
Is there a dress code to access the exhibition?
The MEBAA Show is strictly a business event and not open to the general public. Business attire and national dress only.
Where is the MEBAA Show located?
At the Airshow site, DWC, Jebel Ali. Please note that the Airshow site is a separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. Directions can be found online here.
How far away is DWC?
From the Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins

I have registered for my badge, but can I print my badge onsite?
There will no onsite badge printing so we encourage all badge holders to print it in advance

How can Students Register?
No under 16's will be allowed entry.
University Students can register by contacting us on visitors@dubai.aero
Registered students are allowed entry only on Day 3 of MEBAA Show i.e. 8-Dec from 11am onwards.
How can I apply for VIP badges?
There are no "VIP Badges" at the MEBAA Show 2022.
Is there parking available?
There is free visitor parking available at the show site. Exhibitors can purchase priority parking passes through the exhibitor portal.
Is there disabled access?
The exhibition hall has disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted.

Will there be a flying display?
There is no flying display at the MEBAA Show 2022; aircraft will be displayed on the static display

How do I get a visa for the UAE?
Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available here. We are unable to offer any assistance with this process

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Attendees are allowed to bring cameras
Are there catering outlets at the show?
There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments
Can we visit the aircraft on the static display?
The static display is open to all registered attendees and aircraft viewing is subject to authorization from the exhibiting company
Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?
External food is not allowed at the event, however there are a variety of catering options available onsite
Are there covered areas from the heat?
The exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available
Is there a cloakroom/place to leave my items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for your items and and there is no facility on-site to store these
