The MEBAA Show is open to business professionals and industry participants only. Individuals under 18 are not permitted.

The MEBAA Show is strictly a business event and not open to the general public. Business attire and national dress only.

The visitor ticket price will be available soon.

You will be asked to upload the following documents as part of your registration. 

• Passport photo 
• Passport copy 
• Visa copy - depending on nationality 
• Emirates ID - If you reside in the UAE 

This is due to the fact that MEBAA is held on a live Airfield and there are some new security measures in place.

Visitor, Exhibitor, Media, Contractor and Student badges are all 'Print at Home' badges. You will receive an email with a link to download your badge nearer the show. Please print it at home and bring it with you. 

If you apply the 'Priority badge add-on' to an Exhibitor badge, you will need to collect this badge onsite at the registration desks. It can not be printed at home.

Students will be given a link to register through their university. Please contact your univeristy to see if they are participated and for more inforamtion on registering. Student badges are only valid on Day 3 of the show - Thursday 10th December. 

There are no VIP badges at the MEBAA Show 2026.

Yes, you can bring a camera to the show

The MEBAA Show Visitor Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.

From the Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins

TAXIS
Taxis are very affordable in Dubai and are available from your hotel or can be hailed on the road. Please note that demand for taxis in Dubai can be high and at peak times such as the end of the show there can be a long wait for taxis.  We do our best to get as many taxis on site as possible but taxi supply is unfortunately beyond our control.   

SHUTTLE BUS
Shuttle Buses will run to and from a number of main hotels in Dubai, as well as Ibn Battuta Metro station. It is worth noting that even if your hotel is not listed on the route map you can get off at a hotel stop near you and pick up a taxi from there.   

METRO
Dubai's Metro system covers many key locations. Please note that this year Ibn Battuta Metro station is closed, due to construction. There will be no shuttle buses running to and from this station. Instead, there will be a shuttle bus running regularly between the Address Dubai Marina Hotel and the MEBAA Show, between the hours of 07:30 and 19:30. View the Metro Map   

PRIVATE CAR
Exhibitors can order parking passes through the Exhibitor Portal; there is also ample free visitor parking. View the Driving Directions 

The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.

There is free visitor parking available at the show site. Exhibitors can purchase priority parking passes and bus drop off passes through the exhibitor portal. Go to the 'Badges/Lead retirival' form and follow the link through to the badge portal.

The exhibition hall has disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted.

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available here. We are unable to offer any assistance with this process 

There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments.

The exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for your items and there is no facility on-site to store these.
